TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking your slot online, you agree to the privacy policy of Bright Solutions Marketing Services, Inc. and to the following terms and conditions:
1. The POP MART Pop-Up Store will welcome guests on December 21 and 22 2024 by ONLINE APPOINTMENT ONLY. Only customers with booking confirmation ID will be allowed entry.
2. A person can only book once. We reserve the right to cancel slots if discovered that the same person books more than 1 slot.
3. Please ensure the name, address and ID number to encode is correct. The name, address and the ID number in your online booking SHOULD MATCH the name and the last 6-digits of your ID number in your government-issued ID.
4. Each customer can only shop within their reserved time slot. The time slot is for “shopping time” and NOT for “entry time”.
5. Before each customer’s designated shopping time, he/she MUST COMPLETE the on-site registration and validation process. Customers are advised to arrive 30 minutes before their time slot.
6. Customers will be asked to leave the store at the end of their time slot to give way to the next batch of customers.
